Transcription Relief works with your practice to get them set up and configured so that they can be up and running quickly. Dictations may be performed using a telephone or digital recording device. These digital dictations are transferred securely to a server that processes them for transcription. Transcriptions are performed, and the results are forwarded to a quality control queue where the transcriptions are reviewed for accuracy. When the transcriptions are approved, they leave the quality control queue and are returned for the physician’s final review and approval. The doctor may make edits or annotations, reject the transcription, or approve it using E-Signature. The entire workflow process from the time the dictation is started until it is approved is fully audited with date time stamps of users that accessed the information.
